Insomnia 70 Coverage
Insomnia 70 was an absolutely fantastic event that left me with unforgettable memories. From incredible voice actors like Doug Cockle and Stephanie Panisello to thrilling esports matches and mesmerizing live shows, there was something for everyone.
One of the standout moments for me was the live DND show on the main stage, which was simply brilliant. If you ever get the chance to attend an event like Insomnia 70, I highly recommend it you won't be disappointed!
Photography
As a photographer, I had the privilege of capturing many captivating moments at the event. Two experiences stood out for me personally. Firstly, I had the pleasure of reconnecting with a cosplayer I had photographed at Insomnia 69 and witnessing the evolution of both my photography and her stunning cosplays. Secondly, I was thrilled to photograph some of the biggest names in the gaming industry, including those featured in the acclaimed Witcher and Resident Evil franchises. These moments were truly unforgettable, and I am excited to share them with you.
Interviews
During my time at Insomnia 70, I also had the incredible opportunity to interview six renowned voice actors in the gaming industry, including Doug Cockle, the main voice actor in The Witcher series. I was also fortunate enough to interview some brilliant voice actors who worked on the Resident Evil franchise, such as Maggie Robertson, who portrayed the iconic Lady Dimitrescu, Neil Newbon, who brought the incredible Karl Heisenberg to life, Nick Apostolides, who played the brilliant Leon S. Kennedy, Stephanie Panisello, who portrayed the fabulous Claire Redfield, and Nicole Tompkins, who voiced both Daniela Dimitrescu and Jill Valentine brilliantly.
One of my favourite memories from interviewing this incredible group was hearing Maggie Robertson talk about the process of filming the motion capture for her portrayal of Lady Dimitrescu. With the character standing at an impressive 9ft 6, and every other character being of average height, it made for quite an interesting story. I feel incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to speak with such talented individuals and share their insights with others.
Insomnia 69 Coverage
Insomnia 69 was a remarkable event that showcased the best of the gaming community. The cosplayer's live DND shows on the main stage, and the exciting competition between two iconic energy drinks, Sneak and G-fuel, all contributed to an unforgettable experience.
I was fortunate enough to capture it all with my lens, with the live esports matches on the esports stage being a personal highlight. It was an extraordinary showcase of gaming culture, and I'm proud to have been a part of it.
Photography
During Insomnia 69, I had the pleasure of photographing a diverse range of subjects, from rival drink brands Sneak and G-Fuel to awe-inspiring cosplays and more.
As a relatively new photographer, I was delighted with the results, particularly with my shots of a cosplayer dressed as Zelda from the beloved Legend of Zelda franchise. To top it off, I even had the opportunity to photograph the talented voice actor behind the iconic character, showcasing the immense passion that fans have for both the franchise and its beloved heroine.
Overall, Insomnia 69 was a thrilling experience that allowed me to hone my craft and capture some truly unforgettable moments.

Overall, it was a brilliant event that left a lasting impression on me, and I am excited to share my footage with others.
Interview
My time at I68 was made even more memorable when I had the incredible opportunity to interview James Marriot, the renowned commentary YouTuber. We had an engaging discussion about his journey into the world of YouTube and his experiences within the community. We also delved into how aspiring content creators could follow in his footsteps, either by being brilliant data analysts or simply by being engaging and entertaining personalities.
It was an enlightening conversation that gave me valuable insights into the world of social media and content creation, and I am excited to share it with others.
